Your role as a Sales Professional:

• Answer incoming calls from members verifying their accounts
• Build genuine rapport and deliver a world-class consumer experience
• Effectively listen and persuasively build the value of AMT Consumer Services' programs.
• Explain the features and benefits of our the product in a persuasive manner to sell our products to the customers
• All calls must be handled in a professional manner, with a high level of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Basic PC knowledge using customer databases and MicrosoftOffice Suite

Flexible Schedule:

• Full time schedules range from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Sundays
• Part time hours are available in the evening; 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. Monday - Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sunday
• Additional hours (overtime) often available

Pay and Benefits Package:

• Agents earn $14-$15/hr + commission. Base pay is $14; for shifts starting after 1:00 p.m., or on weekends, agents are eligible for a $1 shift differential.
• $600/month in Bonus pay for achieving 100% of goal (Note: top performers can earn up to $1,650/month in Bonus pay.)
• Opportunities to earn overtime ($21+/hour)
